Why are Risks shown below Recommended Actions?

In SeniorGrowth, Recommended Actions are tightly linked to Risks. It's a Senior exposure to a Risk or condition that determines what actions are recommended.

Answers to the questionnaire determine likelihood and importance of every Risk a Senior can face. Senior Risks are ranked by likelihood and importance to help Care Professional focus on the most critical Risks (read this article to know more, How are Senior Risks estimated?). Recommendations are based on the unique circumstances of each Senior and the Risks he or she is facing.

In the Recommended Actions lists, actions are shown with the main Risks they help mitigate for that specific Senior. Sometimes, an action can help reduce likelihood or potential impact of many Risks one specific Senior might face.
