If I am not sure about the answer to a question, should I answer it anyway?

You need to answer all questions in the Evaluation to get a Quality of Life report for a Senior (see article, What happens if I don't answer one question?).

Very often, though, you won't be sure of the answer to a given question. In many cases, you won't find the exact answer you are looking for among the options you have to answer a question.

We recommend you take an educated guess to answer all the questions. An educated guess is an estimate based on your experience, knowledge, and some understanding of the context the Senior is in. Generally, with educated guesses you will be directionally correct in your appraisal of the Senior's situation.

When you take an educated guess, we recommend you note your answers into the Notes section of the Senior's profile.
