Why are there many risks beyond a single Recommended Action?

In SeniorGrowth, risks are measured before actions are recommended. Risk ratings and conditions  (e.g., the person has been diagnosed with depression) determine what actions are recommended. Sometimes, an action can help reduce likelihood or potential impact of more than one risk a specific senior might face.



In that case, our assessment tool shows all the key risks underneath the action, in the Recommended Actions list. Sometimes, there may be a long list of risks associated with a given action (see example above).
